I watched him stomp out yelling at a young employee who was just standing at the front desk with no customers, literally doing nothing wrong. He made a huge scene in front of everyone, and when customers tried to stand up for the kid, he was rude to them too. Very immature behavior from someone in a management position especially since he sits on his phone during work. Totally unprofessional and makes the whole place uncomfortable. The staff deserves way better.

Every time I’ve went to this DQ I order the same chicken strip basket and 2 extra gravy’s. Every time they serve me up either one or two gravy’s even when they have charged me for the extra gravy. Then I have to stand in line while my food gets cold to get the rest of what I paid for. Yesterday was the last time. I won’t be going back Please train your employees!!! I’m never eating at the Elizabeth DQ again.
