  Yes this issue my second time in here with huge problems been waiting for ten minutes plus for order my first time I ended up witness stopping young man from being beaten to death inch away from his life I would never coming to this mc Donald

  I received burned up fries and a small shake and my shake was medium they are always messing up at this mc Donald’s it’s sad they need better employees and customers service

  Go through the drive thru at 11 pm and only get a large ice cream cone .wait in line for five solid minutes behind a car that they wouldn’t tell to park while making their order. Then this kid hands me a large cone with the littlest amount of ice cream peaking out the top of it. I’m super pissed. Especially because I used my rewards points for that ridiculousness. Only location to not give me an excellent cone and I have been to around 50 locally. Absolutely absurd.

  I just went through the drive through to “treat myself” after a long unforgiving work week. I got to the window and the man was mumbling I heard large fry but he said large frappe and I just said yes and paid. I look at the receipt and see it’s the wrong order. I apologize and said I’m sorry I misheard you he huffed and threw his hands up so I said I’ll just pay for both if it makes your life easier. He acted like a just ruined his whole day. I paid for both orders. I got home with mine (2 mins away) to realize my large fry was completely cold. I don’t understand I really paid for someone else’s order that was more than mine and got treated this way. I’ve been needing good motivation to cut the junk out anyway I guess. The response will be some cut and paste “go visit our corporate page” and I don’t have time to sit here and fix y’all’s mistakes further after I really already did.
