I just had one of the best experiences ever in a McDonald’s. The lady who brought my food to the table was friendly. The lobby was clean. The food was perfect as well as she brought all the condiments I would need or want for my order. Great experience!

The Coffee is extremely weak and why is the girl in the food window straining my coffee thru a wire strainer?!! What is she straining from the main coffee maker into my cup?? What in the hell is going on here with the COFFEE? WHY IS THE COFFEE NOT FLAVORFUL AND IT DOSEN'T SMELL LIKE COFFEE. IT SMELLS LIKE A DIRTY COFFEE FILTER! FIX THIS ISSUE!

Well if you order online, you’re more than most likely not going to get what you ordered. It’s like they put whatever food they want into bags and just send them on their way! (As you can see my receipt and then what they sent) Come on McDonalds, your employees want so much money but can’t even get an order correct.

I think I would give this location negative Stars if I could. This McDonald's is one of the worst that I've ever been to, not only is their customer service extremely bad but they nickel and dime their customers. I very rarely ever eat here but I do get an iced coffee and if you use the app you can get it for $ 1.09-$1.20 depending on the tax however at this location they charge you extra for any modifcations. The same exact copy will cost me $2.19 at this location twice as much as the deal in their app. I would highly recommend going to the McDonald's on 38th and Irving they do not nickel and dime you. They also are much better at providing good service in fact they do circles around this location. !
