  Honestly enjoyed my experience here, I was a bit confused on what to order but this lovely lady Marie showed me some amazing deals that were going on that I wasn’t aware of absolutely amazing above and beyond. Needs to be a manager or something seriously takes her job seriously and does it with pride🙏

  I had ordered ahead of time on my lunch break when I was heading to the drive thru my app would not let me log in. I told the employee when I pulled up to the speaker that i couldn't log in and she told me that she couldn't help even if I did pay ahead of time and I couldn't get a refund unless I went on the app. I parked and went in and the person at the register just asked me for proof that I bought the meal and they helped me. The girl does need some training. Very inconvenient

  I wasn't upset about the orientation I'm upset because they would not bring it to my table like I requested through the app and also I waited for a long time, the guy at the front (Hispanic maybe mixed) was very kind and welcoming. I had to go to the front to get my food. At the time I placed my order it was not busy. I have worked for McDonald's before, either someone bummed my order, or something else. Update: my second order was brought to my table by the really kind man at the front, he asked if I made another order and brought it to me, may maybe their system doesn't show a table number not sure but overall his customer service changed my experience

  My partner and I had online orders and went through the drive thru today. Once at the drive thru, we didn't receive our drinks which was two strawberry banana smoothies and a frappe. The drive thru person said they can't make those and the machine was broken. My partner went in to get a refund on his online points and the person at the front said our drinks were already made in the back and handed them to us. The drive thru person tried to steal our money and points. I understand McDonald's doesn't care about service but stealing and lying at the drive thru is ridiculous.

  They keep forgetting food on orders. Had a hot honey sandwich missing from our order today. Go to any other restaurant in the edgewater marketplace if you want your food given to you.
