  Very rude employees as well as all the food we had was destroyed and had hair in it we will not be coming back

  Upon our arrival at approximately 10:24 AM, we found the establishment's doors locked, despite the posted operating hours indicating a 10:00 AM opening. This suggests a potential inconsistency in their stated operating schedule. A staff member eventually opened the door without offering any greeting. Once inside, we observed a clean environment and a full complement of staff. We proceeded to use the self-service kiosk for ordering, which directed us to the register for cash payment. It took approximately five minutes for one of the eight staff members present to acknowledge our presence and process the payment. The employee who assisted us did so without any greeting or apparent enthusiasm. This lack of engagement was consistent across all staff members we encountered during our visit, which was a significant disappointment. While the quality of the food was satisfactory, the overall service experience was exceptionally poor. It is my professional opinion that the current customer service standards at this location detract significantly from the overall experience, regardless of the food quality. Friendly and attentive staff can often elevate a customer's perception, even when other aspects may be less than ideal. Therefore, I cannot recommend this location based on the service received.

  Tried to order door dash and Uber Eats from this location and they won’t update the order once it’s made from “preparing food” so out of the three times I’ve ordered it’s been delivered 0 times.

  Like any chain quick eat place seen one seen um all, food was good here but stopped in drive thru at 2 pm, wasn't busy at all and was rushed from drive thru order taker. Seemed store was staffed well and not short handed but in the 4 minutes pulling up to order board and to window after employee stayed be with you in a moment, bit later said can I help you? We ordered soft tacos, 3 with chicken, no lettuce, 3 with beef, no lettuce and a grilled burrito. His response was want anything else? 4 times he asked that. Not horribly rude but just the tone and expression in his ask struck me as unpleasant and not enjoying his job.
