  Put in an order through the app for pick-up this evening and when I got here and told the guy working the counter he said he’d have the order right out. Well 30 minutes and about 6 other customers after me I still didn’t have any updates or anything on my order but everybody else who came in AFTER had theirs nice and quick. Pretty terrible service to go with an extremely dirty dining room.

  I normally just try to leave positive reviews and keep negative stuff to myself, but hopefully ownership will see this and take note. I ordered a dlx cheeseburger and spicy chicken sandwich. They were both ice cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted on the burger. I took it home and put them in the microwave to make them edible. I feel like you have to try really hard to mess up a fast food order this badly.

  DO NOT EAT HERE!! This particular vocation in Durango has multiple health violations, and the store should basically be shut down at this point. If you want food poisoning, this is the place for you.

  This place needs to get it together. Always a long wait and sadly over the years it's just gotten worse.

  cons: - After ordering & paying for a frosty they told me they were “out of frostys”? You’re a wendy’s bro, frostys are ur whole thing. - They gave me the wrong burger in my combo. - The fries were miserably cold & super salty and they forgot my ketchup. pros: - The burgers were tasty (even the wrong one) and at least warm. - service was pretty quick. - the root beer (to replace the frosty) was quite crispy & had a solid amount of flavor. best part of the meal.
