  Ordered the family deal for pickup (2 pizzas, wings, and cheese sticks). I went in, the lady at the counter handed me my order, and I left. When I got home, I realized they only gave me ONE pizza instead of two, so I had to drive all the way back. I go inside and explain the situation to a helpful guy working there. He tells me they’ll remake the pizza because apparently they messed up the first one and threw it away. I also mention that my ranch was missing, and he says he’ll give me some. So I’m sitting there waiting. After a while the same lady who handed me the incomplete order in the first place comes out and asks if I’ve been helped. I say yes, I’m just waiting on the pizza that was missing from my order. She disappears and then comes back out with a pizza box and says “here’s your order.” I walk up to grab it and say that the other employee said he’d give me ranch that he promised. She immediately gets an attitude and goes “which one? is he short or tall?” like I’m supposed to know everyone’s employee description. I say “the short one,” and she literally tosses the ranch at me. So I start walking out with the pizza and ranch thinking we’re finally done here… and suddenly the guy yells “WAIT!!” across the store. I turn around and he tells me that wasn’t even my order and my pizza was still being made. So now I have to walk back up and hand the pizza back. The lady looks confused and says “well I said the name out loud and she came up and got it.” No you didn’t. If you had actually said the name, I obviously wouldn’t have grabbed someone else’s order. At this point I’m just standing there frustrated because this whole situation started with them giving me an incomplete order, then I had to drive back, wait forever, deal with attitude for asking for ranch that was already supposed to be included, and then almost walk out with someone else’s pizza because of the confusion. I get it mistakes happen, but the attitude, lack of communication, and overall chaos made it way worse than it needed to be. Honestly even a small gesture like extra sauce or a discount for the inconvenience would’ve gone a long way, I wouldn’t even be making this review right now. Instead it just felt like I was an inconvenience for asking for the rest of the order I already paid for.

  I made the unfortunate decision to place a small $20 order on the Pizza Hut app and pay in advance. This was on a Monday at 4 PM. The pizza tracker said the food would be ready in 25 minutes. I pulled in at 4:25 PM. A pizza hut worker in uniform was standing outside smoking a cigarette with the Autozone enployee from next door. Upon walking up, before even entering the store, the Pizza hut employee told me our food wasn't ready yet, but he did inform me that "I got you." I still dont know what that means. I returned to my car for an additional 15 minutes. At 4:45 PM, the smoking Pizza Hut employee was still outside and had fired up another cigarette. This time he didn't say anything to me so I went in to get my food. Inside there was one employee standing up front laughing and joking with a customer on the outside of the counter. I assumed they were old friends. I tried to get my order but was told it wasn't ready. I looked behind him at the oven and saw, literally, three pizzas, two melts, and a few other trays of food piling up at the end of the conveyor belt. There was so much food that half of the pans couldn't get out of the oven and the food was burning badly. The worker walked back to the oven and stood next to it, but did NOT touch anything. Nothing was cut or boxed. Instead he pulled out his cellphone and started texting. Then he hit his vape pen that was tied on a string around his neck, a frickin vape necklace. He stood back there hitting that vape pen for three minutes, texting away while our food burned up. The front door opens and in walks the "manager." No apologies, no sense of urgency. In a non chalant manor he asks who is waiting for food. It turns out that the Pizza Hut employee and customer that were talking earlier are not actually acquainted, the guy just wanted to pick up his damn pizza. Meanwhile the vape guy is hiding in the back, laughing on a cell phone call. The employee that was outside lit ANOTHER cigarette. At this point it became so comical that the customers started joking about all three Pizza Hut employees' complete disdain for our orders and their jobs. At 505 PM I received my food. An hour later. Keep in mind the Pizza Hut online tracker shows my food being completed and picked up by 4:30PM. 1/2 the food was cold and soggy. The other half was hot and burnt black. I've included pictures to show that it was literally inedible. A pile of grease and slop with a crust folded over. Avoid this place before you end up with leftover meth dust on your pizza crust. The blatant disregard for public health, customer satisfaction, and overall professional standards is terrifying. There are cameras everywhere in there. Watch them. This is not an exaggerated tale, this was Monday December 15, 2025 at 4PM.

  Food sucks, worst pizza I've ever had in Durango colorado. Even the person helping me was rude and yelling at someone on the phone. I will never go back again!! Really wasted my time and money for nasty pizza.

  Terrible! We ordered delivery and when we got our pizza it was undercooked and uneditable. I had called the store and the lady said she could remake it and we could pick it up. I lost my appetite after tasting the 1st round of pizza. I just wanted my refund and she said she could not help me and to call in the morning. I was disappointed and unsatisfied with the service and food. I will not order from here again.
