  Not so freaky fast anymore. I placed an online pickup order at 11:50am then got to the restaurant by 12:05pm. Told them I had a pickup order and my name . At 12:30 I got my sandwich....only after I reminded them again keep in mind there was about 5 people in the store and didn't seem busy at all. The bigger problem I have is I watched about 8 people walk in during that 25 minute span, place an order then get their sandwich about 5 minutes after that. This is the second time I had an issue with the same problem, going to Tom's deli next time for lunch. Not to mention their bread was hard as a rock at one end...do better.

  I love this shop! I prefer going here over any other fast food restaurant in town. The atmosphere is classy, organized, and clean. The staff is kind and efficient. I ordered a sandwich with all the fixings on the app, and when I came in to get it there were some ingredients out of stock because they were BUSY! And for good reason, the food is delicious. The woman who helped me was kind, organized, and absolutely deserves a raise for her spectacular service. I will be returning a million more times.

  Fast, clean, and delicious. Other Jimmy John's should use this one as a template.
