In general, pizza delivery is now a rip off and its no wonder Uber Eats and the likes are cleaning these pizza shop's clocks. Have you looked carefully how much it costs to have a pizza delivered now with all the BS fees attached? When they screw up your order, make them void the order and give your money back. This is their out. Don't fall for it. You have a right to get your money back and they don't want to have to give it to you. Don't settle for some BS "Coupon". Hit 'em in their bottom line where it hurts. You're dealing with a company that automatically assumes you want your thin crust pizza cut in squares like a bunch of five-year-olds. It would seem they aren't the brightest bulbs on the tree.

On the app it said it would take 29-44 minutes to be delivered. I decided to time them because of this assumption. Was willing to tip more since I can afford it but they took their time so they lost money. I got text messages for the process of the pizza and only got two messages. The first one saying when the pizza was being prepped and the second one of when the delivery driver was coming (almost a whole hour apart). If you decide to order from here, don’t do delivery.
