On the app it said it would take 29-44 minutes to be delivered. I decided to time them because of this assumption. Was willing to tip more since I can afford it but they took their time so they lost money. I got text messages for the process of the pizza and only got two messages. The first one saying when the pizza was being prepped and the second one of when the delivery driver was coming (almost a whole hour apart). If you decide to order from here, don’t do delivery.

Instead, it took literally 40 minutes to get our food. I was on a 30-minute lunch break, so this completely ruined my meal. If you’re short on time, do NOT order from this location. The staff seemed unorganized and unable to handle even a few orders. Rather than completing the two tickets ahead of us (including ours, which was placed in advance), they prioritized newer orders placed after ours. Poor management, poor service, and a total lack of efficiency. We will not be ordering from this store again.
