Not only is she not friendly, (I came up to the counter and said “hi” she responded with “what?” With a disgusted look on her face) but I ordered balloons on Monday for Saturday. On Saturday when I came to pick them up, the same women says to me “I have no recollection of this order.” Meanwhile my order sheet was sitting right on the counter. Horrible customer service and very unpleasant interaction.
