Tried to explain that we were in line before closing time and met with silence. I understand this location is hard to staff but this really sucked. This location is so very unpredictable and unreliable. If you can hold out and pass them, it’s best to wait to eat in summit county. This location sucks.

It was not busy at all on a Thursday which was really nice. It was clean. They fixed the order immediately so I'm happy about that. Giving 4 because it's taco bell. It's good and fast but just the normal taco bell experience. It was nice that it was right on the I70 exit though very easy to get tin and out quickly.
