- PPParker6 days ago1.0In the couple of times I have gone to this Smashburger I have never gotten the right nor have I gotten my food in a timely manner. If I'm the only guest in the store my food should not take 25 minutes not trying to be rude but you guys hire the most incompetent workers.
- SUStephanie UlibarriJan 3, 20261.0Waited in line for 20 minutes although we were only the third party in line. We planned to order only four “hand-spun Smashburger milkshakes”. The young man serving us informed us “No, we can’t make milkshakes right now. I have to make scoops”. Being the agreeable folks we are, we said that scoops would be fine. Young man says “Nah, I’m not doing that. I gotta do all dis” [he gestures to all the food sitting out on the counter]. We were told they were not “doing shakes now” because - you guessed it - they’re hand-spun, and no hands were available to do the spinning required of the shakes. Before leaving the restaurant, we thought we’d at least use the restroom. The bathroom had piles of toilet paper in the corner that had poop on them. The piles of the toilet paper were the same height as the toilet bowl. I knew that it was poop on the toilet paper, and not ice cream, because ice cream was not being served this evening. Alas, we can also conclude that no hands were available to service the bathrooms.

Then they will be “out” of milkshake, as they prepare them in front of you for who ordered online. (While they laugh at you)
