The past several times I’ve been here they’ve been out of multiple ingredients from their salads to the point where only 2 of the several options on their menu they were able to serve today. The staff member helping us in line had a significant language barrier and it took over 15 minutes to order, having multiple times to scrap it and start all over because he couldn’t understand a very simple order for 2 people. I have a gluten allergy and specified multiple times that I can’t eat bread and would like an apple as a side and we still got bread with our order. It’s really important when allergies are involved that the person taking the order understands English. I’m fairly certain the guy just gave up and kept saying ok because he didn’t understand what “gluten free” means. After finally getting the order, when going to pay, he mentioned more ingredients out of stock and offered no alternatives. Honestly it was such a bad experience and took over 30 mins to get our food despite being the only customers there. Sadly this will be our last time visiting this Panera. It’s just not worth it.
