    When I went in I was the only customer. The person taking my order was rude and got the order wrong even though I said it three times. Had to wait so long that other customers came in and left with their food. Finally they call my name but it's only half of what I asked for. Had to wait for the coffee then it was wrong and had to wait longer for the correct drink. I saw at least four employees but only one was doing anything and that one guy didn't seem to want to be there. Not impressed, there's a lot of other options in town.

    Something crunchy in my bagel. I spit it out but 30 minutes later I got food poisoning. And threw up multiple times. 10/19/25.

    Bought bagels and coffee to have in cafe, they were good. Took a few with back with cream cheese. Realized cream cheese had expired 3 weeks earlier.

    I live here. I have watched this business go downhill. It's hard to get good help here I know, but something needs to change. I only ordered a bagel with plain schmear, it's not busy and twenty minutes later I finally get it. The bagels are more like rolls. Not much substance. I rarely come here any more. I miss the great salads they used to have 10 years ago. So disappointing.

We came in and ordered in Spanish and the Mexican girl told us in Spanish that we had to order and pay at the register first vs every white person in the place.
