The entire place had people waiting for food. This is my 2nd time placing a phone order and then waiting 10-15 minutes for the order and replacing it. And the short guy always seems to not care at all about the problems, every person had a complaint. And being local sounds like he has that rep and that is why so many choose other spots for coffee/bagels. Please Corp get employees who are happy, these folks ruin days!
