  That fried chicken was delicious. I can't believe I did not know about this place. The greens with cabbage and smoked turkey were very good. The green beans were goid a little too much though. I did not care for the mashed potatoes...something was off. The gravy was good though. I ordered online and my order was ready when I arrived. Price is fair. Will definitely be going back.

  I’m from Louisiana and working out of town here in Commerce City, Colorado. I tried several restaurants here with high reviews but they wasn’t hitting on nothing. Lacking seasoning for sure plus they’re missing that soul. So I googled this place and gave it a try. Not to offend no one reading the review but I started seeing more black and brown like me in the area and my heart got happy because I could feel the food was going to be good. And I was right. Food was on point, the Mary J Blige was playing at just the right volume, beautiful sisters and very polite and the brothers polite and doing their thing in the kitchen and bar. I had to get my plate to go because I had to go to work. But before I leave to go home I will get me one more plate. The catfish, oxtails, mashed potatoes, and collard greens was money. And I don’t like cornbread to be honest but I ate all of that cornbread. Y’all keep doing what y’all doing. No need to change what’s already good.

  We spent $70 on this food and it was nasty the wings were huge which she lied and said they wasn’t then when I asked her if they can be cooked more before he put the sauce after she said he didn’t put it yet she gone say oh he already put it in there but the greens taste like water no flavor and the mashed potatoes is literally just mashed up potatoes nothing added and they are dry and it stinks inside of the restaurant definitely won’t be returning save your money these ppl don’t know real food.

  Tried Blazing Chicken Shack for the first time and unfortunately it’ll be my last. The ownership came off very unprofessional and had a noticeably poor attitude during the interaction—it felt like customers were more of an annoyance than a priority. On top of that, the food was overcooked. Definitely not the experience I was expecting.
