    Ordered a meatball footlong sub with black olives. Was told I’m not allowed to have more than 6 pieces. I offered to pay more and was still refused. They had no reason why and were extremely rude about it. Staff member said Marcie is the DM, GM, and MOD but wasn’t even in the store. This Marcie lady sounds super damn important. Rob the owner was zero help and brushed this off with a copy pasta response and didn’t even address the questions at hand. Maybe this legendary Marcie person can! What was this 6 piece rule, why can’t I have more or pay for more?!?! There isn’t a shortage! Marcie where are you?!?!?!

    Went in today to go get a sub of the day the tuna was at the bottom of the bin. I asked if they could switch it out for me So I didn’t get the Bottom of the tuna they complained about it and I continue to leave upset. It’s called customer service. They should’ve just did it instead of making an argument. Definitely Rude.

    Extremely rude people. I came to order a sandwich advertised in their website and practically they refused. When I asked for their name refused to give me. Two very unprofessional workers. That happened Wednesday February 4th 2026. I really expect an explanation and a reaction from Subway. It's a shame to keep this behavior.
