  I placed an online order for pick up. They did a good job with my sandwich but unfortunately they just messed up the bread this time but it was still good. Cookies where made that same day really soft and food was still warm when I went to pick it up

  my food i ordered on the app when i picked it up the bread was definitely old bread it was hard and not soft. i was very disappointed i had to throw 3/4 of my sandwich and get something else

  I went there on 3/5/26 was ordering and was verbally attacked and physically attacked at the sandwich station .im still trying to get a hold of management. To tell on the female workers it was at 3:30pm .They even were being extremely rude to the 80 year old man in front of me . Corporate please reach out to me . If not im looking to hire a attorney so this doesn't happen to some one else .

  I honestly don’t wanna give any stars. Everything was horrible. I got double charged. They have the bathroom closed saying it doesn’t work when I know it does they just don’t wanna clean it because they’re being lazy. I think they should let their employees go and hire new ones I will never be eating here again.

  Showed up during posted open hours multiple occasions and they were closed. Taking my business else where due to false advertising. As a customer I don't appreciate having my time wasted. Unprofessional.
