  I got a smasher burger meal. It was cold and hard. I got it late last night so they were closed and I had to return the next morning and ask for a remake. I brought my food back with only 1 bite out. I never got a paper receipt. At the window they said I needed a paper receipt. I ordered in the app so I showed the digital receipt. She said she cant take it and refused to remake or refund. They are scammers. I will never come to a sonic again. I cant trust them, if they make a mistake you wont get your money back or a remake

  Just waited at the stall for 9 minutes to get my order taken for a lady with a heavy accent to tell me “we’ll be with you in a minute” and then no one ever came back! Ever! So I left! I gave one star for service because 0 stars wasn’t a option!

  Food came out piping hot and fresh! Exactly what I love. Only issue I had was that I ordered a strawberry slush and they gave me a shake. Tomato potato. A win is a win.

  I ordered 2 footlong coney dogs. 1 only musterd and onions the other plane. The order taker didn't understand what i was ordering. Why cus he couldn't speak English I had to repeat myself 3 times. Then he says ok and they still ended up giving me the regular sized hot dogs. So I tell the worker and he argues with me that I ordered the regular size ones. Please get someone to take orders that understand what the customer is ordering.
