  Awful food, and the employees in the store didn't care at all. My husband and I placed separate orders on the app to be able to use 2 coupons. He goes to get it and they say they don't have my order, to check the location. Location was right, so he asked again, showed them the app and they said it had already been picked up. Picked up by who? No one knows. They refused to remake the order, had to call customer service for a refund. The order we did get was awful, the burger buns where super hard, and the burger was super dry, with 1/2 the cheese stuck to the wapper. Thankfully it's not the closest location to us, just the one on my husband's way home from work. We will not be back.

  This place at 2 p.m. on Tuesday was horrific. Microphones did not work so had to get kids out to walk up front. Employees are RUDE. Ordered a strawberry shake was given a shake with barely any color or flavor and the employee acted like I was the wrong one. Go to a different location! These employees apparently do not like their job. They should go find another one.

  Sonic has always been my favorite fast food spot, but this location is really making me rethink that. Since moving to the DTC area, I’ve been here three times—today being the third—and unfortunately, every visit has been disappointing. The food has been cold, the tots were undercooked, and even my usual go-to coney deal has never been good from this location. I’ve also never been able to order from the carhop stalls—they always direct me to the drive-thru. I understand staffing challenges, but I really wish there was more attention to the quality of the food and overall experience. This will be my last time coming here.

  I’ve only been to this place a few times and every time we go they get my order wrong. The asian lady taking my order only charged me for 2 breakfast burritos and 2 drinks when I clearly asked for the combos then when I had explained I wanted combos she was going to charge me extra for the tater tots when I already been charged extra for the burritos and drinks separately. Mind you it took forever just to get my meal and its incorrect and not fresh. Last time I went there I asked for a vanilla iced coffee and she gave me a black coffee with ice. Then when i asked her to remake the drink with creamer she told me i needed to request that in the drink. Which I never had experienced before at any other location. This last experience does not make me want to continue to come back to this location because i am always disappointed with the service.
