  The server was friendly, but I waited almost 30min for a salad. And the extra chicken was skimpy. The beer was good though airport price gouging applied. I went here because it was close to my gate and regret my decision.

  Be warned!!! When you pay with apple pay, and you are charged, and your credit card sends you paid alert…you are not done. They consider it an open tab and charged me an additional 20% WHILE AT THE TABLE!!! Then no one could refund it. See paid receipt then they tacked on some later. Scammer company with shady practices. Be mindful

  Vegetables come in a plastic bag so you have to assemble your own food. Then they give you like 20 packets of ketchup that you end up tossing anyways.

  My husband and I went to Smashburger in Concourse B at Denver International Airport around 7:45 PM on 4/15. We went to the dining/bar area, and the employee there told us they were closed, but that the takeout counter next door was still open. When we ordered at the takeout counter, the employee asked if we wanted our food to go or for dine-in. My husband explained that the person at the bar had told us they were closed. Later, I checked the restaurant’s hours online and saw that it was listed as closing at 10 PM, which made the situation confusing. The next morning, my husband returned around 5:00 AM to order breakfast. A staff member told him that hot breakfast items wouldn’t be available until 5:30 AM. He came back around 5:45–5:50 AM, and the same employee seemed a bit reluctant when she saw him return. She took his order but said they were out of breakfast tots. My husband said that was fine and mentioned that we had been stuck at the airport for nearly 12 hours. Afterward, the employee ended up giving us the breakfast tots anyway, which we appreciated but overall, the experience was not good. I would not recommemd this particular location..

  I like the qr code order system, but if you pay ahead you will not see your server again after they bring your food. Have had empty drink glasses for 25 min now. Delicious food but make sure you have them sest you and.dont pay ahead so at least you can maybe get a refill when they bring the check. I tipped 20% for someone to hand me drinks and a burger then ignore me for 45 min.
