  Absolutely wish I could give this place zero stars. Traveling back from another country we couldn't wait to have a good old cheeseburger. Expensive, as is to be expected at an airport. Didn't expect id be paying for a bun with a tiny patty that tastes like it was microwaved. Bummer to have a crappy overpriced burger when you get back to the states. Unfortunately, the worst part of our experience was the rude staff. We used the kiosk to put in our food order. My husband heard an order being shouted out and went to ask if it was order number x? To which the employee then responded idk, I dont get order numbers. So he asked for the name we had put it under. He then asked if the drinks we had ordered were also ready. Employee rudely said she didnt know what our drink order was. My husband told her. Then when she went to hand him the food my husband reached out and she very rudely said YOURE WELCOME before he'd even hrabbed it. We absolutely regret coming here and should have looked up the reviews. What a waste, wish we hadn't tipped or come here at all. As im sitting here typing this review my husband also just let me know we didnt even get ice in our drinks. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review - do better.

  In the airport obviously. So always overpriced, that is known. Sat down got handed menues 40 min later our drink order was then. No biggie our flight was delayed so had time. Ordered food. Asked for no ketchup, burger came out with ketchup and fries dripping of grease, whatever. 5 drinks and 4 means 190.00. Okay fine we're at the airport, then the check out machine was not working, 3x I tried then she took it from me and tried to tap the card. Somehow tip after handing it to her was 10.00 she smacked the receipt on the table in anger and walked away. I looked at the tip and pulled out cash to improvise. But as leaving the money on the table, the waitress and bartender starting talking loud enough on purpose talking about how dare someone be so disrespectful to leave such an awful tip and was there something wrong because minimum tip is 20 %.( Yes I didnt say anything. And wasn't planning to.) " People who don't have money to tip shouldn't be allowed " to eat out. I turned around and took the cash back. I get this is how people make money and all things, but also maybe just be a good human and be nice. Why would that be the conversation you choose to have before you even know I've not left you cash. What if I tipped 0 on the machine and left 100.00 on the table? That's how you choose to treat people who are supposed to tip you? Airport, hotel, luxery service, Uber, grocery delivery... it's a job choice and yes how you tend to treat people matters too.

  This location pretty much ruined Smashburger for me. I was not aware I was going to have to assemble my own burger. All of the toppings were smashed(no pun intended) in the bottom of the bag and then soaked in grease from the smash fries. $20 for a less than mediocre burger and fries, no thank you.

  I had a wonderful experience yesterday around 5pm. The burger and fries were enough for me and delicious and hot, ordered the new special pink drink and it was good but airport pricy and the very nice young Chica who told this 65 yr old old brown hair white lady I had a lovely smile was wonderful!! She wasn't my server but she brightens the place. Will go again and request her booths! Thank you for good service and food!

  The lady calling out the orders had a great voice. That's the best I can say about this meal. I was able to eat much of it, so I figured a 1 was a little too harsh, but I will never eat at a smashburger again. The lettuce was wilted, the wait was long, the bread was sad, the burger wasn't anything to celebrate. No ketchup in the bag,.so I had to go back to be able to swallow some of the fries. Just no.
