- RBRyan BrownApr 1, 20261.0Probably the rudest store manager I’ve ever encountered. Wasn’t even given the time of day. My tired wife mistakenly bought the wrong infant formula today. I go to exchange an associate begins to help me and the store manager yells across the store “it’s against federal law to return baby formula”. Which it is not, the store just can’t do anything with it anymore unfortunately. I’ve made this mistake before at target and they have had no problem. Running across the street to king soopers

Items arrive looking like they’ve been thrown down a flight of stairs, and produce is frequently bad to the point of mold and rot. I paid for a year of their “fresh pass” primarily for the delivery, but there’s no option to get things delivered from any other location even if it is only 0.1 mile farther. Their online support is broken (right now the web page says it is “out of season!”) and you have to fight a very stubborn AI agent to get to support on the phone. Between that and needing to go to another store to get replacements for the damaged items, or just items that are constantly listed as in stock on the app when they’re not (and sometimes aren’t even stocked at that store at all), it actually takes me more time than just driving to a different store in the first place. I was choosing between their subscription and Kroger‘s at the beginning of the year and I really really wish I had made a different choice.
