  It's not a bad Safeway but they have a lot of traffic out front there's a lot of homeless people and there's also a bottleneck always at the self-checkout

  No one is ever working at this location, Online hours don’t reflect the hours of the service counter, I saw more workers at the Starbucks inside the store than the regular workers on the floor. And when asking for help just ignored. This is a manager problem

  For safeway app orders DONT SHOP EARLY FOR OUR GROCERIES AND THEN LET THE SIT FOR HOURS TILL GRUB HIB PICKS THEM UP FOR YEARS YOU DELIVER MY FOOD HOT AND MELTED!!! use common sense also hide the food ready carts dont leave tgem outside the back door for deliveries my order have been stolen twice!!!

  I placed an order through Safeway's website and it never arrived. When I requested a redelivery, that failed too. I called the store to follow up, and the employee told me it wasn't their problem—they said to contact DoorDash instead. When I explained that Safeway is responsible since the order was placed on their website, they reiterated to contact DoorDash and refused to help. They even admitted this happens all the time. I then contacted Safeway support five separate times. Each agent gave me empty promises and unhelpful responses, cycling me back to calling the store. One agent confirmed a driver had left the store, yet my groceries still never arrived. The delivery receipt shows only a map icon in the middle of the street with no photo evidence of delivery. After wasting hours trying to resolve this, I have nothing. Never received my groceries, dealt with dismissive employees, and got the runaround from support agents who did nothing. Other grocery stores use Instacart, which actually provides accountability and photo proof. Do not order from this location.

  I was picking up my groceries today, which was great always do a good job. but then I forgot an item and I was walking in when I saw a security guard. Let a man walk in with two dogs with no leash.. I did not go in the store. I know that dogs are to be on a leash when they go into the grocery store. your security guard did not know that or understand he said that’s up to Safeway. so you might want to cool in your morning security guard that dogs need to be on a leash when they walk into Safeway
