  Weldon welcomed me with great energy. My father had a surgery and only wanted a pizza. This particular store was closest to the hospital. Weldon was great to talk. Super pleasant. He made the best pizza ever! Thanks for having such a bright GM. Weldon you rock!

  I order through the pizza hut app and was redirected to doordash for delivery. Around the time it was supposed to be picked up I got a call from doordash telling me that someone else picked up my order but he was on the phone with support so he would take care of it. Twenty minutes later I didn't hear anything back so I check the app and it tells me that Pizza Hut is fullfilling the order and that for questions I need to call the store. I called five times and everytime the phone rang, was picked up and then hung up. I tried calling from a different number and some answered right away.. when I asked about the order he just remarked that he could refund it. I asked why he couldn't make another pizza for the delivery driver that was there and he didnt have an answer. It seems like the people working here just hand out pizzas to whomever asks for it and than instead of fixing there problem they choose to blame doordash for stealing food. Still havent recieved my refund either. If you want the food you order. Don't order from here.

  Just an update. We never got our order and they assured me they would not charge my card and surprise they charged me 48.48 for my food that was never delivered to me after multiple calls and assurances that I would not be charged.

  I ordered the dinner box deal and when it did not show up I called and they said they didn't have that order the dash driver could see the order on the screen and let them know so I had to reorder my food the 2nd time. It got delivered and it was totally wrong. I called back and the store put me on terminal hold. After 10 minutes I called from another phone and then they told me they would remake the order. It would be ready in 20 to 30 minutes. After 45 minutes I called again and they still had not got my order. This was for a coworkers birthday. Surprise no dinner for any of us. I was so upset. The person on the phone assured me it would get my order well now I started this at 8:30 pm and it is now 12:30 am and still no food. I want my money back. 48.48 is how much it cost and I got nothing. I am so disgusted with this store. I have been ordering pizza hut for 30 years and this is the worse store ever. Won't do it again.
