  When you stop in to use the restroom and the employee in the restroom pretends to not see the absolutely disgusting stall next to them. Come on we know it's gross but take care of it.

  I ordered of broccoli and cheddar soup with an extra baguette. When I got my food from the window, they forgot the bread so I went back through the drive-through and asked if I can get the bread. They said yes, but when I got to the window, nobody came to the window for over 10 minutes so I just left. I don’t know if they forgot about me or what.

  I ordered two separate catering orders for two different office meetings today. Somehow both of my orders (breakfast and lunch) were an hour late. There's no tracker on the confirmation email and no one reached out to let me know they were running behind. An hour late for BOTH catering orders is ridiculous. I will never be ordering from this Panera again. Every time I have ever ordered something it's been at least 15-20 mins late.

  Food is great just wish there were more heart healthy or healthy conscious options on the menu.
