  I will never eat here again. I got so sick from a breakfast sandwich, I was so sick for days. The staff made me wait forever for it with no one in the drive thru lane but me. Horrible customer service. I will drive to the one on Yampa Street from now on. Don't eat here you will get sick!

  1 Star: A Masterclass in Incompetence and Laziness If you are looking for a dining experience that combines the technical failure of a broken app with the personal touch of a brick wall, look no further. I placed a mobile order at 10:27 AM. By 10:31 AM, I was at the drive-thru window—only to be told my order had been arbitrarily canceled. This wasn't a technical glitch; it was a choice. Despite the order being in their system and me being physically present four minutes later, the staff simply refused to fulfill it. When I asked for leadership, I was met by a "manager" named Emilia (or something similar), who offered a masterclass in the "not my problem" school of management. Her response wasn't an apology or a solution; it was a flat-out refusal to do her job. To claim there is "nothing she could do" to put a burger in a bag is either a lie or an admission that she lacks the basic authority to run a kitchen. As a customer, I did everything right. As a business, they failed at every single metric of service. To the owners: you should be deeply embarrassed that this is the face of your franchise. You aren't just losing a sale; you’re losing a reputation because your leadership team is either too poorly trained or too indifferent to handle a simple mobile order.

  This is one of cleanest, most well maintained McDonald’s I have visited. The interior is kept tidy and clean, and the exterior is always being power washed and cleaned. Most McDonald’s are run down, and the operators rarely care about keeping the exterior clean! The service is always friendly as well.

  Asked to pull forward to second window. Waited 15 minutes before asking where my food was and staff just says "what order was that again"
