  The lady in charge to take the orders yelled at me from far that what do i want? Really??? So i place my order and she's asking me from far again what where the sizes of the drinks🙄

  I don't know the girl's name and I didn't grab a receipt but this girl help me out big time my card wouldn't unlock because my bank was having issues for 24 hours that I wasn't aware of. The girl at the register saw I was having a hard time and she helped me out. I really want to repay her with gratitude.

  Went to eat breakfast and the lady with a crooked eye who speaks Spanish was extremely rude. The kiosks were off to order so we stood at the register to place our order. Then she came over and said very rudely… why aren’t you using the kiosk. I pointed at the kiosks and said they are off. She then got choked up because of how rude she was to us. I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s since 1982 and I have never been treated so badly by an employee here. Management needs to give their morning shift lessons on hospitality and great service. Or get rid of the negative people. Cause in the food industry it is important to have great service when dealing with food.

  I like going to this particular McDonald's. Friendly people. But, like every McDonald's, for some reason they stop cooking their fries to golden brown. So now the fries are always white and limp. So I pretty much stopped eating french fries. Place is very clean.

  Everytime I order here the food is always gross. Never fresh, it’s either hard or soggy and they never accommodate to customer requests. The staff there is rude and always gives dirty looks and seems annoyed when you ask for a specific item and or questions on food. There is one in particular worker there who is very great and she’s a very sweet lady. But other than that, this McDonald’s is always messing up and always giving bad service. Just a couple weeks ago I paid for a happy meal and they had only given me the chocolate milk and still forgot 2 small fries. Today I got food and all of it was soggy and half way warm. It’s disappointing and I probably will not be returning just for convenience of closer location.
