    I don’t eat fast food often (the last time was about six months ago), and I save my cheat day for a McDonald’s 6-piece nugget Happy Meal. It was very disappointing to receive food that tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours instead of being fresh and hot. There wasn’t even a slight crunch to the nuggets or the fries. It felt like a waste of money and a waste of a cheat day. I don’t understand why McDonald’s would choose to serve such low-quality food at the same price others pay for fresh items—prioritizing quantity over quality. I will not return to this McDonald’s location, as this experience shows that the staff working at that time do not care about food quality. I’m sure employees make it a point to eat fresh food themselves when it’s their turn to eat.

    Just your regular McDonald's... except that the area seems desolate...a few homeless wandering nearby, and armed security didn't give the most welcoming feeling, but...I was hungry, lol.

    I'm VERY disappointed on the Staff of this crap when I got my food when I smelled it, it smelled sour and weird when I look at it and then that's when I realized there's mold. I could of gotten sick and PLUS here's the worst part. THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG AGAIN! THE LAST TIME I CAME THE WRONG ORDER WAS THERE NOW I HAVE A MOLDY BURGUR AND A ORDER THATS NOT MINE, MAN IM NEVER COMIMG BACK!

    Ordered McDelivery because it was a long day at work. A Double 1/4 lb value meal. $24 and change. Driver didn’t want to even come inside the building, waited less than a minute before throwing it in reverse, and they (McDonalds AND the driver) forgot my coke. I rarely eat fast food or drink a soda, and at that price amd service won’t be ordering from them again.

    ​I ordered a "Big Arch" burger through DoorDash, 3/17. As shown in the attached photos, the beef patties were significantly undercooked, with a raw, pink center that is clearly visible. ​I am a visitor to Denver and am very concerned about the health risks associated with undercooked ground beef, such as foodborne illnesses. This is a serious violation of food safety standards. I strongly urge the management to calibrate their cooking equipment and retrain staff on food safety protocols to prevent this from happening to other customers.
