  Veronica was amazing and so helpful even they were slammed during a dinner service. She was kind she smiled very sweet and deserves a special call out. It’s rare to find good workers and she is an All-Star.

  Went to get food and already the customer service was horrible. Drive-through workers were incredibly rude and inconsiderate. First time they gave me the food, the burger looked half raw, next they completely disregarded my intelligence of how cooked a burger should be. They eventually took the food back and gave me a different burger. Then as soon as I got home, I check the burger, and there’s a sticky white substance on top of the patty. Completely ridiculous, both the food and the customer service.

  Failed to do my order that I paid for extra with no issue ordering i asked for a double fish filet meal extra cheese it was only half cheese no extra fish even though I paid for it cant do anything right terrible!!

  I have nothing bad to say about them, but also nothing good. Their lines are average. The food quality is about what you'd expect from a McDonald's. They have an app where you can earn points and order ahead. They have multiple pick up windows and their overflow drive through area includes 2 spots directly in front of the pick-up window. I dont know that I'd ever recommend this location, but to be fair I also don't think I'd ever deter anyone from going here.

  3790 Quebec St is the worst McDonald's ever. The worst customer service ever, you get to the drive thru windows with the app code ready then a males voice comes on sounds very real will ask for code and then nothing happens. I waited a few minutes said hello and still nothing. I drive to the paying window the lady still does not acknowledge me and I told her what happened and she said "Well no one had answered" no apologies don't care about the customers and I said I just need my coffee and just says next window. The employees there just go to talk all day and do what they please AWFUL AWFUL service if you can avoid this don't stop at this careless McDonald's!! 😤
