  Some days they close when they are supposed to, other days the staff just decides to close the place at 9pm, whether they are open until their posted hours is entirelyup to if the staff feels like staying open past 9. Staff does whatever they want, they cam see you at the front waiting to order and ignore you.

  Went through the drive through on 3/29/26 when Diano was the manager and it was a complete cluster. People were trading food in the drive thru bc everyone’s orders were screwed up. When I went inside to complain and get a refund, we debated whether it was a 15m wait or a 20m wait - agreed the customer service wasn’t acceptable. I gave back the food, which was coming out when I was coming in and then was asked to bring back the coffee I ordered as well from the vehicle parked outside. I know times are tough but cmon - a little decency and common sense goes a long way.

  Horrible customer service. The ladies are constantly talking bad about customers in spanish im bilingual i know.

  I accidentally put my order in for the drive-thru and went inside and was literally yelled at by one of the employees he screamed at me that he was just kitchen staff but the lady that was supposed to be running the front completely ignored me the moment I walked in the restaurant. I'm pretty sure they tampered with my food if I could give it less Stars I would.
