  Decent service food was great for McDonald's a bit greasy but that's to be expected staff was friendly good experience here

  So I got my free frappe on the app, two breakfast burritos with salsa and PAID for two extra cups of creamy chili sauce. The rude woman behind the counter told me I couldn't get the second chili sauce because my frappe was free. I didn't get something I actually bought and paid for because I got a free loyalty item off the app on the same order?? How does that make sense?!? No wonder my orders are ALWAYS wrong here. Not only did this location lose me as a customer, I'm sorry to say that the convenience store in the same building did as well because I've less reason to go here now. There's a Circle K and Five Guys on the same block.

  This McDonald's does not provide proper service. The burger buns are stale, and bacon was missing in the burger. The icecream cones taste like they are very old, and bitter

  Terrible attitude from the lady operating the drive thru. Turned off the microphone before I was done ordering and wouldn’t answer when I wanted to continue

  Stopped by this location today and paid in cash. Just as I was handing the money over, the employee had a full-on sneeze into her hands. She immediately reached out for the cash, so I reluctantly handed it to her and told her to keep the change. What happened next was worse. Without washing her hands, she started preparing my coffee. I had to stop her and say: “You just sneezed into your hands—can you please wash them before making my drink?” This isn’t a complicated standard. Basic hygiene should be automatic, especially when preparing food or beverages. If this is what happens in front of customers, it really makes you wonder what’s happening when no one is watching. Honestly, it was more disgusting than anything else, and extremely unprofessional.
