  if i could give 0 stars i would, the service at this location is absolutely terrible. the workers were so rude, and gave nothing but attitude. made me feel like i was out of place for ordering my food. she also gave me the wrong total, then “threw away my receipt “ before i could ask for it. only realized it was the wrong total since i asked at the second window.

  All I wanted was a steak, egg, and cheese bagel. And what did I get? BACON! No steak! That’s okay. We all mistakes. But this was a missed-steak. Now my day is ruined.

  I can never get a decent order from this store. Something always wrong. Either get the wrong order or get something that looks like someone bit into it. Never fails. It's unfortunate that it's the closest place to grab a quick bite to eat.

  Absolutely terrible experience!! I have ordered through the mobile app twice and both times it did not allow me to select which location I was ordering from. On both occasions I ordered around 9pm, and I was served an undercooked burger. Raw!! Receiving food that is not properly cooked once is concerning, but having it happen twice points to a serious lack of quality control and food safety standards. (Incompetent employees) The fries tasted stale, as if they had been sitting for an extended period of time, and basic items such as straws and napkins were missing from the order. Obviously this location demonstrates a clear disregard for food safety and customer service. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding these repeated issues. Do better, management.
