  I’m honestly tired of coming to this location and being told the ice cream machine is “out of order.” It feels like it’s never working. At this point, it’s misleading to even advertise ice cream if it’s consistently unavailable. If the machine can’t be maintained, just say that, but don’t keep disappointing customers over and over.

  Checking out k-pop demon hunter menu. Drive-through staff talks too fast and hard to understand what he was asking. Clean simple cafeteria atmosphere inside. Fast service.

  I had a terrible experience with the manager Silvia. Had parked me for over 20 minutes saying she would fix our drinks since they looked watered down. I then went inside after no one came and 6 plus cars had passed. I told an employee Mauricio I think his name was and he helped me was very kind. After which I asked for her name and she started demanding a receipt which she never gave me or an order number which was in the car. And in general was just very unprofessional and rude. Denying ever being on the drive though and / or parking me. After which ANOTHER employee came out and said they did park me but gave me my order? Silvia was unhygienic she was on her phone for at least 5-10 minutes before I was helped just touching her hair and handing peoples food. I’ve been here many times before with Mauricio and never had any issues not sure why the miserable manager decided today she would try and make it everyone else’s problem she seems unhappy with life . After all this obviously my food is cold and I’ve left dissatisfied. Don’t come here after 7pm if you’re hungry or do if you want a condescending manger telling you you’re wrong.

  Pulled into the drive thru ordered two combos, get to the window the manager on duty at 8pm hands me my food after a minute of talking and looking at her watch. She tells me to pull forward into the parking spot because she’s replacing the drinks so i do. 20 minutes and 5+ cars go by and no drinks.. my food is cold at this point so i pull off by the doors to ask what’s going on with the drinks i was parked for. The manager was rude and arrogant claiming she was never working the window and claiming she never parked us for drinks demanding a receipt when one was never provided to me. Giving me a hard time over my drinks for what reason? I usually come here with no issues at all but this miserable woman decided to make it everyone else’s problem that she isn’t content with her job. Morning managers are amazing though just this one.. the workers were excellent the food was good, until it got cold. Don’t recommend coming past 4pm.

  Terrible service. Asked for kids happy meal with cheeseburger plain and dry did not get it so I brought it back and asked them to redo it plain and dry and they gave me another one that wasn’t plain and dry.
