  First time buying Jimmy John’s in a few years - location and staff were fine, but 1 star because the quantity of meat and cheese was staggering. Majority bread and lettuce as you can see. I don’t know what happened to JJ, but not worth spending $12 for a sandwich like this.

  So we’re from Florida and we came to jimmy johns for lunch and we asked for it to be toasted and they said they can’t when they toasted other sandwiches Never coming Back!

  Stopped in last night, they were closing in 10 minutes. The guy working said the rest room was closed, couldn't order a soda and couldn't toast a sub, all with the most annoyed attitude. I've been in the industry, and that was just unacceptable and pure laziness. I get it that it was close closing time, but it's a super speedy fast sandwich, not a made to order steak. Maybe don't work in the food industry if you expect to be closed down and ready to walk out right at 10pm when you close.

  Who had the bright idea of changing the bread .. the new bread is horrible it's doughy and just not good.. I thought it was just me at first so I gave it another chance I'll say I'm not going back a third time that's for sure
