  Went to pickup a sandwhich and although there was construction around the building, it was easy enough to scoop up and go. Employees were helpful and quick to make my delicious sandwich, which was very much appreciated!

  I gave 4 stars because T is Rude, disrespectful and his demeanor is like he doesn't want to be there, however, Marcus is very kind and respectful every time I enter the building. So is the long hair guy who delivers a lot. My food is better with a Smile! Thank you!

  Demarcus (I hope I am spelling that correctly) was such a kind, outstanding sandwich artist. He was patient with my lack of time management skills. He also with through with my specific order. During these stressful times and holiday season, it really was such breath of fresh air to have a positive service experience. Please acknowledge him and his actions for going above and beyond, just for a sandwich experience.

  Demarcus was extremely friendly and running everything in the shop. Answering the phone, making orders, taking cashier orders and did it all with a friendly smile even though it must have been overwhelming. One of the delivery drivers, tall guy on a mixed delivery driver/in shop shift came in yelling at him after he asked him to tip out. The delivery driver was extremely rude to the workers and guests, also yelling at me for driving quickly through the alley to go into the shop.
