  Ordered sandwiches today, showed the exact instructions how I want my sandwich made and customized. Cashier lady did not pay attention and messed up my whole order. Very poor service

  The service is terrible I ordered a ham and cheese They gave me the sandwich in my sandwich is cold. I asked for a. Hot sub and they gave it to me cold I ask them if the could heat it up they said the employee was very rude he did not want to replace it ether honestly, I threw the sandwich to the trash because I don’t like cold sandwiches never coming back and making sure my police don’t come back either. They’re very rude. It would’ve taken him a second to just heat up my sandwich.

  Took the light rail home after a Broncos game and was feeling hungry so a buddy of mine and I decided to stop at this location for a quick bite. Got there and there was probably 5-10 people ahead of us and they only had 1 person running the register and making the sandwiches! He not only got everybody’s order out in a timely manner, but did so with a great attitude! Shorter guy with glasses, didnt catch his name, but Yall need to find him some help, or give him a raise!
