- JAJeneva AApr 2, 20261.0I ordered my bowl off of doordash and when I got it the back wasn’t sealed properly and the bowl looked like it had been dropped. When I got the bowl out there was no seal and when I opened it there was no granola. As I proceeded to eat my bowl I felt a hair in my mouth and spit it out. I called to possibly ask for a refund but was sent directly to voicemail and I had to throw away the rest of my bowl. I don’t know if it was jamba or my dasher but still the quality of my food was unacceptable and i’m displeased with what I received.

Dude wouldn’t take orders and there was just a tablet to order on which I guess no one noticed & he didn’t say anything at all. We all stood there for 10-15 minutes with one guy working not speaking to us to literally just tell us to order via tablet. Place was disgusting. Dirty floors dirty counters. Drink was half melted when I finally did get it.
