  I really love Häagen-Dazs... but today I have the worst experience whit Chris. He literally ignored me and my family and let everyone just go ahead of us and order.. and when we put our order he just keeps talking orders from other customers and making it right away.. I wait 15 minutes for 4 milk shakes

  Been going there since I moved to Denver last summer . The staff is Always friendly! it’s my favorite ice cream in Denver the manager gave me a 20% VIP card my last visit which will make me a loyal customer for life.

  I am extremely upset and disappointed with this place. Today I checked my bank statement and realized that the person who helped us added a tip without our consent. At the time, I remember he quickly flipped the screen around and we didn’t think much of it, we just assumed we were approving the total. Now I see that a tip was added that we never agreed to. This feels very sneaky and dishonest. Tipping is something the customer should choose, not something the staff silently adds and hopes you won’t notice until later. No matter how good the ice cream might be, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I will not be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
