There is no real customer service and you never see a manager. I will no longer do to this Wendy's. Terrible.... This is a great way to welcome travelers to Colorado and or a nasty good bye.. Sincerely, Disappointed 😞

Other Wendy's bypass instantly and take orders. It makes it more enjoyable, and I'm nicer. Yes, a me issue, getting mad at AI's chipper voice and forcing me through a process and taking it out (I honestly don't, I just glower and leave ASAP) on the real humans. But, ugh. Honestly, I avoid this store. Bless my kid, and I apologize he has me as a mom, but I probably won't come unless I've broken his heart with a no one too many times. Best fries in the biz, though. Not here specifically... Just overall as Wendy's. So, like, good food. Least there's that.
