The world’s worst Wendy’s! Been here multiple times and need to cut it out. More expensive, fewer options, slow and inconsistent service, and tonight I pulled up at 9:40 to locked doors and a busy, backed up drive-thru line (dining room closes at 10 according to the door).

Arrived at 11:40 PM and found they were still open until 12:00am according to their posted hours, but I waited at the drive thru call box for ten minutes without anybody ever telling me anything. I could see the workers moving around inside, and they had a clear line of sight to the drive thru. One, a shorter lady, looked right at me twice thru the window. Three other vehicles pulled into the drive thru behind me, so I couldn't back out, and the staff ignored all of us. I am convinced they were trying to run out the clock and close without helping any of us. This was just a few minutes ago - I ended up leaving at 11:50 once it became clear the staff were ignoring everyone in the drive thru. This is the second time I have tried visiting this Wendy's while they were nominally open, and the second time they have failed to provide service. Do not go here.

I've never been in a fast food joint where i waited so long to even order and the staff seems like they could not care less about trying to make food quickly or giving good service. i couldn't go slower if i tried.
