- BDBrenda Davidson2 days ago2.0I normally go to this location because they have always been friendly and more important my orders gave been correct. Today was not that. I did not get what i ordered i had to go back to the store after getting home(didnt check order) again always had correct food. Today i was looking forward to being able to eat my meal hot which doesnt happen often. Instead my meal is now cold having to get my one sandwich that was not correct. If you want to keep people paying higher costs for your product do better. Dont have the customer feel like the staff is annoyed because the customer wants the order that they paid for. And if they do have to redo something remaking the fries for the meal would have been nice.

We have NEVER had an order from this location that does not have at least one order messed up. The printer they use in the grill section does not print properly ad maybe this is a source of the issues. This has been the case for over 2 years. Its's pretty clear that whoever is in charge here knows this is a problem but still refuses to fix it.Vvery disappointed and will be going somewhere else in the future.
