First was on AI nothing we wanted was coming up. The lady at the drive through was so rude and irritated that she had to do her job when we asked to speak to a live person. Horrible service very unprofessional.

This Wendys is Great! My food was served very fast and surprisingly fresh. Even the fries; which are usually old when the food is served so fast. The lobby and bathroom were also very clean. I'm impressed with this location! The staff was very friendly and professional.

Stood as first in line for over 10 minutes while employees came and went from the till, never offering to take my order. Horribly long wait when you come inside to order—just don’t do it. All efforts are put towards the drive-thru, so be sure to use it.

Very disappointed. Stop in at 2:30pm on 10/16/2025 for food at the drive thru. Ask for BBQ sauce and am told it will be extra. This location is quite busy so i cant imagine they are going broke and that is why they are now charging for BBQ sauce packets.
