I called and they did not answer. I left a voicemail and it's been over five hours and no call to follow up with my complaint. .more than likely I will have to drive back over there in person to get something done. I have worked fast food in my day and I did a way better job with customer service. It's not that hard. You just have to want to earn your paycheck while going above and beyond for the customer.

The baked potatoes and fries are best when fresh. The chilli is decent but you have to add the chilli sauce. Of course the burgers and chicken is good. I'll occasionally get the baconator fries. I don't recall ever having a bad food experience at Wendy's.
