I've been to this location before and didn't write a review previously, but they usually do a really good job. The only downside is that the bathrooms are locked, which is unfortunate. Considering how well they perform, it's surprising, but out of all the Wendy's I've visited, this one stands out positively compared to others. Perhaps it's the recent remodel; it's hard to say what exactly makes it better, but the staff is very nice there.

I swear no one at this location can count. On two different occasions within two weeks I ordered and paid for 4 count chicken tenders and got only three in the box. It’s just one of those things that irritates you but not really deserve to spend your energy on make a scene out of it. Anyways if you order food from here I recommend check everything before you drive away.

This Wendys on Monaco by Iliff tried to overcharge us by $5. We used a buy one get one coupon and they acted like they'd never heard of it before! Also, I believe only 1 or 2 people spoke English. We were in the drive thru and could hear someone screaming for customer service up front.

Red flag number one was seeing a worker on the line fixing himself something to eat with NO GLOVES! Literally grabbing patties, toppings etc barehanded. Someone comes to take my order and I ask, “He won’t be making my food, right?” They said no and that he’s been on the window taking orders all night. Without a doubt this guy hasn’t washed his hands in at least 1-2 hours so why is on the line making food?! I watched him move from the line, wipe his hands on his pants with his greasy, dirty shirt on, fiddle with the register and just go about his duties without ever washing his hands. I asked for a sandwich with two very simple mods, add onion, add pickles. Of course they couldn’t do that. Managers need to stop trying to be cool with their employees and actually manage a well ran establishment. Whoever the owner is needs to clean house. Keep the good, throw away the bad cause they are costing you money as I won’t be back and if you’re too lazy of an owner to do that then I pray your profit suffers. Do better Wendy’s on Monaco
