While driving to the Springs, I mistakenly turned around, thinking I had stopped at the right location, only to realize at the drive-thru window that I was at the wrong one. I was warmly welcomed by a young man named Irvin, who was incredibly accommodating and friendly. After checking my order online, I discovered the correct location I should have gone to. I wanted to take a moment to commend Irvin for his assistance in getting me a new Snickerdoodle Frosty. Thank you!

My food was sloppily thrown together, the Oreo frosty I had ordered wasn't even assembled. They didn't do their job properly and thats awful. If you don't want to work, quit. Its that simple. I'd be embarrassed to call this crew my employees. Bet they laugh at this too.
