  TLDR; Abhorrent service and dashed hopes for the last day of a visit. Not expensive but can make your own, much better smoothie for the same price. Will never return, save yourselves. Spending the weekend in Denver, we’d seen the smoothie place time and time again and grew hopes of getting smoothies for the morning. Entering the establishment we were met with silence and disgustingly repetitive music. (If I worked in that, I could understand the pathetic attitude) Not a single greeting or acknowledgement to be had from the staff. The one person behind the counter; a shorter individual with a star neck/back ear tattoo and a forearm tattoo, had said only one thing during our time there and it was a bark of an order call to the person that was already waiting for their order. As we chose our order and approached the register, the same employee said not a word. Not a single word to either of us. Not a greeting, order sum, recognition of transaction. As we waited for our order in even more single line repetition music, I noticed that the establishments ceiling was literally dripping in dust, dirt, and grime. I was watching it fall and get hit by the ceiling fans and spread throughout the store. Looking around to find nearly every surface is coated in the grime. After waiting what seemed like an eternity of watching the employee walk in the back todo literally nothing (I had a clear view of their path and actions) and when “working” taking every opportunity, quiet literally, like a child, slam or toss everything in their hands . The loudest metal workstation lid, be slammed into the counter as if it owed them money. We finally got an immature Scoffing look as the employee slammed two “smoothies” on the counter, practically coughing on them and throwing their head back to turn away, again, as some child who was told they had responsibilities. What we assumed was our smoothies we left without a word and tried to determine whose smoothie was whose. Finally after tasting them, each smoothie is a bland or sour rendition of fruit with ice. Genuinely can get your own fruit and make a better product and more of it for the same price. Truly a disgustingly abhorrent display of professionalism and service. Will never return and desperately hope the next person reads this and saves themselves from a horrible experience. 1 star is far, far, FAR too great of a rating for this establishment. Especially for the disrespectful and immature employee behind the counter handling our orders, described earlier. None of this is hyperbole. None of this is exaggerated. This was terrible.

  This place had bad customer service. The person working with glasses and tattoos walked over to he register letting out a heavy sigh and this was directly after giving the person in front of us very rude service. This person did say one word to us but said enough to let us know they are miserable and are trying to make everyone else miserable too. If you would like a bad start to your day go ahead and stop by this location.

  Love this place. Amazing smoothies and açaí bowls. Can’t wait to try everything else here.

  We got many a tropical smoothie from this place when we were working on a roof project nearby in the heat of summer. They tasted wonderful and helped us cool off.
