It was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted tropical smoothie to ask for a refund or for it to be redelivered. They just told me its not their fault which I stated I understood but that I still needed it redelivered or refunded. They stated they never do refunds and that they could remake it for me to pick up later. I told them I could not do that as I was at work. They just kept repeating its not their fault and they dont do refunds nor could they redeliver it. Disappointed in the way this was handled. Will be disputing it with the bank.
