- AWAustin WeberDec 19, 20251.0Drive thru worker gotta check his attitude. Came in at 11pm with an online order. Guy working the window tells me to pull up. I get to the window, he doesn't say anything. My food is ready and he sticks it out the window like it's a hot potato almost resulting in me dropping the food. This guy works here all the time and never has a good attitude and is always shoving food out the window. I'm usually in once or twice a week and I've never seen him smile or say have a good day. Absolutely insane that the only person who youd want to at least be somewhat customer service oriented always looks and acts like he'd rather be anywhere else. Genuinely embarrassing for management to not be able to get a single person with a positive outlook working the window.
