Threatening to call the cops on someone who is simply asking for a refund of an item they didn’t ask for is actually a wild thing to do. Refused to give me a receipt showing proof of refund or to return original receipt to me. Was finally able to get her to give me a copy of the receipt. Still waiting on the refund. Awful experience.

However lately they haven’t been giving me receipts and I don’t notice until I check my banking app. If they are doing it to me they must be doing it to others. Make sure to ask for a receipt every time you go and pay attention or you may not even notice.
