Every time I go back, they seem to get ruder. They act like they don’t want to be bothered, have nasty attitudes, and today was the last straw. We ordered two large orders of nacho fries they were ice-cold. The bean burrito was supposed to have extra cheese. It was so dried out, and the beans tasted burnt. I couldn’t even eat it. Please, if you don’t want to make nacho fries fresh. Get them off your menu if you don’t want to be bothered by customers. You should stay home. If I weren't running late, trying to get my kid to school, I would’ve returned all the food.

Night staff is rude and can’t be bothered, day staff is awesome. The food is always 10/10. There is no lock on the bathroom door.
Had a great visit to Taco Bell! The food was exactly what I wanted—fresh and tasty—but what really made the experience stand out was the amazing service from the cute girl at the counter. She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit enjoyable. Honestly, she alone makes this spot worth coming back to. Highly recommend!

Burnt, dried up chicken burrito. It's gotta be bad when my teenage boys complain, they eat anything. I would return it if I lived closer. Horrible experience because of the old, burnt but still cold burritos.

Waiting 15 minutes for food, only to watch one of the workers refuse to get off her phone while making orders, slowing things down drastically, isn’t what anyone wants to see at a Taco Bell. Attempting to get anyone’s attention to ask a question was a task and a half. And the answer was a non-answer at its finest.
Customer service has plummeted and this is a perfect example of it. I hate that this is my closest Taco Bell to work.
