Of the line staff puts completed orders on a small tray at the front of the line and does not call the names out. Unless you ask for them specifically, they won't say anything to you. I stood at the register for 11 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, and then I was told that my order had been ready for 25 minutes. I told them I didn't want it, because it was now cold, and I was told I had to cancelled through the app that they were a franchise store and had no control over that. Looked at the app for a few minutes and asked someone to help , and she told me she didn't know how. I asked for a manager again, she said there was no manager there, and everyone did not know how the app worked, and she just turned and walked away.

I came here to pick up 2 doordash orders and the lobby was locked so I tried the drive thru and they told me that I have to go back around and enter the lobby to pick up the orders and they would unlock the door for me so I went back around and tried again but the door is still locked and they won't even look my way. Guess they just don't feel like doing their jobs 🙄
